Assisted Living
Assisted living communities provide housing and support services for older adults who need help with some activities of daily living but want to maintain their autonomy and independence as mucgh as possible. Services offered vary, but can include personal care, medication monitoring, medical management, and meal preparation.
Community Housing
Community housing provides support to help low- and moderate-income older adult residents live as independently as possible. On-site services may include meals, housekeeping, medication management, and limited personal assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, and laundry.
Energy Assistance
Energy assistance programs can provide utility bill assistance to low-income households to make their energy costs more affordable and help prevent a loss of service. Some programs can also help restore home energy services.
Home Repair Assistance
Home repair programs can improve the comfort, safety, and accessibility of single-family homes of eligible homeowners through grants and loans to finance rehabilitation and renovation. Some programs are also available to eligible owners of multi-unit rental properties.
Housing Assistance Vouchers
Housing assistance vouchers can help make rental housing more affordable for eligible low-income residents through subsidized housing programs, help with rental expenses, and public housing programs.
Rental Assistance for People with Disabilities
Rental assistance programs for eligible low-income adults age 18-62 with disabilities can help them live independently through rental payment assistance in participating units. Supports and additional services are also available.
Nursing Homes
Nursing homes offer 24-hour nursing care, and assistance for people with complex medical needs who cannot live independently.

Reverse mortgage information from trusted, federal government sources can help older adults decide if tapping in to your home's equity to age in place is he right choice for you.
Senior Care can provide in-home supports to help eligible older adults adults remain independent longer, and delay dependency.
Veteran housing programs can help qualified older adults who have served our country with supports to help them live as independently as possible.
